Duck River Pony Club

<BR> <IMG SRC="ball.gif"> Duck River Pony Club was chartered in 1994 and is a member of the <A HREF="http://www.ponyclub.org" TARGET="_top">United States Pony Club, Inc</A>. We are part of USPC's <A HREF="http://www.midsouthponyclub.org" TARGET="_top">Mid-South Region</A>. Our club covers the following counties in southern middle Tennessee: Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Lincoln, and Moore.<BR> <BR> <IMG SRC="ball.gif"> Pony Club is a not for profit organization managed and organized by parental volunteers. Its goal is to help further a young equestrian's horse knowledge, horse management, and English riding skills. Older Pony Clubbers, graduate Pony Clubbers, and volunteers in horse professions help to instruct and assist Pony Club members in these areas. Safety around horses and the humane treatment of horses is emphasized at all times, but we have a lot of fun too! <BR> <BR> <IMG SRC="ball.gif"> Traditionally, Duck River Pony Club is a very active club. At the club level we frequently have unmounted meetings, monthly riding clinics, and in the summer, riding camps. Owning a horse is not necessary to be a member, but you will need to have access to one for certain activities. We regularly send members and teams to the Regional Rally and Quiz.
